Take a journey through the basics of astral travel and experience a more infinite form of yourself from a conscious state.  The Learning To Astral Travel workshop is a participatory exploration into the realms of out of body experiences and expansive states of being.  This workshop utilizes an herb called "Mugwort" that is brewed into a tea to assist in facilitating the astral travel process and experience.  The workshop begins with a thirty minute discussion followed by a one hour, binaural beat enriched, guided meditation that induces the astral journey.
